Our practice philosophy is based on dedication to our patients. Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality orthodontic care in a pleasing and friendly environment. We strive to do this by showing concern for each patient as an individual. Excellence and education are fundamental to all members of our orthodontic team. By holding these values, we strive to create beautiful, healthy smiles.

3. We make commitments with care and then live up to them. In all things, we do what we say we are going to do.

5. We are frugal. We guard and conserve resources with at least the same vigilance that we would our own personal resources.
6. We insist on giving our best effort in everything we undertake. Furthermore, we see a huge difference between “good mistakes” with best effort and a poor result and “bad mistakes” due to sloppiness or lack of effort.
7. Clarity in understanding our mission, our goals and what we expect from each other is critical to our success.
8. We are believers in the Golden Rule. In all our dealings, we will strive to be friendly and courteous, as well as fair and compassionate.

Our Logo
When Dr. Wilmot was considering the opening of her practice, one of the most important decisions to be made was, “What will be my logo?” She wanted to focus on the fact that we are here not just to create straight teeth but also to improve a person’s self-esteem and hopefully their quality of life. It has been gratifying to see the difference orthodontic treatment can make in a person’s life. Truly we see many “Smiles Blossom.”
