At your first visit you will be greeted by our one of our staff members and given a tour of our office. We will then provide you with an introduction to our office and discuss your orthodontic concerns and goals. We ask that you bring the completed patient information forms that were sent to you prior to this first appointment (these forms can also be found on our website). We will then gather the additional personal information and preliminary clinical information we need to best serve you.

To ensure individualized attention and a commitment to quality, Dr. Wilmot will then conduct a comprehensive examination. She will explain her findings and make a recommendation should orthodontic treatment be necessary. We find that our patients and parents appreciate the individual time spent with Dr. Wilmot as she explains their treatment and answers all your questions.

You will find our examination process to be thorough and complete. Cosmetic and functional goals are tailored to the specific needs of each patient. All findings and recommendations will be explained to you in understandable terms and all of your questions will be answered. We will also discuss the orthodontic process and review your financial options and applicable insurance coverage in detail prior to the beginning of treatment.
